The twisterchain new TC32 series is suitable for the following applications:

Circular movement: Possible up to 540° (with special mounting brackets)

When to use TC32 Series twisterchain new

When you need a robust, low-noise system suitable for high loads
For rotary speeds up to 1m/s and more
For circular and spiral movements up to 540°
When Modular interior separation is required
When opening from both sides is required

When not to use TC32 Series twisterchain new

For large rotary movements

Standard 01 As standard, igus® separators are mounted every second chain link!

A = Intermediate link
A1 = The outer radius OR determines the dimension A1!

Separator 32.1, wide base for maximum holding force and stability in e-chains® and e-tubes
Separator 32.2 for igus® QuickLock crossbar 385.X. Q. One side with wide base for secure seating, opposite side is narrow for easy cable installation (light clamping). Can also be used in e-tubes
Separator 32.3 with narrow bases for many small cables next to each other. Space-saving - for e-chains® and e-tubes
For example, for side-mounted applications Separator 32.4 asymmetrical, results in defined clearance and spacers can be dispensed with. For e.g. Side-mounted applications. For e-chains® and e-tubes
Notch separator 32.5 for the notch crossbar With scaling to locking crossbars. Can be positioned precisely. For e-chains® and e-tube
Full-width shelf 3200.XX (inside widths 50 - 250 mm). Full-width shelf locks securely into separators at both ends, giving a fixed width. Additional separators can be moved along the shelf in any horizontal direction. Can be installed into 1 level

Option 02 Tested and proven interior separation elements for extremely variable interior separation!

A1 = The outer radius OR determines the dimension A1!

Divisible T323 separator for use with shelf 386.X - ideal for retrofitting or for the initial population of the e-chain®. Fast assembly/disassembly possible using snap/slider mechanism. Saves installation time. Increases flexibility.
Side plates 286, middle plates 288 and shelves 386.X form the basic grid of a shelving system. Shelves of different widths can be arranged at vertical intervals of 7 mm
For special applications: separator with injection-moulded shelf 281.S.57 (57.5 mm) or 281.S.45 (45 mm)
For more subdivisions, height slot separators 291 are used (not for e-tubes). However, these cannot be integrated into an existing shelving without removing the interior separation system
The height slot separator 297, which is open on one side, can be retrofitted without removing the existing interior separation system. For installing the open height slot separators, the top and bottom slots cannot be used for shelves

The guide trough is fixed to the fixed end of the twisterchain®.
The following bolted connections are permissible

Through bore: 4 x Ø6.6 - 7mm
Fastening with screws only: 4 M6 screws

Note: twisterchain e-chains® must always start and end on an outer side link. An outer side link should always be the first e-chain® link at the moving end. Please note when calculating!

Mounting brackets are not available for the selected chain.
